Core Developers
The model has been primarily developed by the AED research group at the University of Western Australia in conjunction with contributions from numerous collaborators. Model development has been led by Dr. Matt Hipsey with other contributors listed below.
Matt is an Associate Professor within the Environmental Science and Geography disciplines of the UWA School of Agriculture & Environment, and the UWA Oceans Institute.
Peisheng is a research fellow and works on multiple research projects involving developing the AED2 modules related to water quality and greenhouse gase predictions.
Dan is a research associate and works on research projects involving developing the AED2 modules related to sediment biogeochemistry and nutrient cycling.
Brendan Busch
University of Western AustraliaBrendan is a Senior Research Engineer and responsible for data analysis and model systems.
Casper Boon
University of Western AustraliaCasper is responsible for GLM and AED2 code development and management.
